Includes conference proceeding and other documentation, all meals and refreshments during the period of the conference, and a one-day inter-conference filed excursion.





Hotel Reservation
The local organizing committee will book the hotel rooms in the Majestic Hotel (4-star, website of Majestic Hotel: http://www.majestichotel.com.cn/en/about.asp) on behalf of the delegates on request. Hotel room rates are tentative and are subject to slight variation, depending on RMB-USD exchange rate during the period of the conference.

Post-conference Tours
At this stage, the travel agent is not able to provide an accurate cost estimate for each tour due to great uncertainty of the airfares. However, the total cost is unlikely to exceed the estimated cost shown below. Refund will be made if the actual cost is lower than the estimated cost given below.
