Registration Information
Online Registration opens on May 2008 and runs until 16 September 2008. Registration will be divided into two categories,as shown inthe
following table:

Student registration must be accompanied by a copy of eligible student ID card.
The registration fee covers all meals, field trips during the entire period (5 days) of the conference and the costs for the conference proceedings The registration fees will be payable in US dollars. Transactional and credit card charges will be applied.
Cancellations must be received in writing (preferably per email) addressed to the Conference Secretary no later than September 1, 2008.
Reimbursements of registration fee paid, less an administrative fee of USD60, will be made after the close of the Conference. There will be no
refund of registration fee for cancellations received after September 2, 2008.
